In his new role, Sandness is responsible for setting the business objectives, strategy development and maximizing the company’s sales revenues and profits across the Asia Pacific region.  Craig replaces previous managing director, William Burns, who held this role since 2007.
With 17 years of professional achievement, Craig’s career has been characterized by strategic worldwide expansion and market penetration.  In his previous role with HID, Craig served as Vice President of Global Accounts.

Craig joined HID Global in 2006 when the company acquired Fargo Electronics, a manufacturer of secure photo ID card printers.  At Fargo, Craig served as Vice President of International Sales, and was responsible for building the company’s international sales efforts, reaching more than 90 countries.  Craig holds a BA degree in International Management from Hamline University, located in St. Paul, Minnesota, the U.S., where he graduated with magna cum laude honors.
